Indigenous Digital Art and Illustration Program

Calgary’s Indigenous Digital Art and Illustration Program arrives at Devonian Gardens in The CORE Shopping Centre on September 17, 2026, offering a free exhibition through December 15. It is an easy downtown stop for residents, visitors and anyone looking for an inspiring local experience.

The exhibition features nine digital artworks by eight Indigenous artists. Through digital illustration and storytelling, the artists explore culture, technology, identity, land and Indigenous futures, creating space for reflection and new perspectives.

For Calgary residents, local events like this add character and connection to everyday neighbourhood life. Consider making the exhibition part of a downtown outing, whether you are meeting friends, exploring The CORE or introducing someone to the city’s arts and culture scene.

Save the dates, invite someone to join you and learn more before visiting at https://www.calgary.ca/arts-culture/public-art/indigenous-digital-art-illustration.html. Admission is free, making this a meaningful way to experience Calgary’s creative community without a ticket cost.
